Schedule

1. The studio is available 24h/7days a week, except on class nights.
2. One full rental day represents a 10 hour day, from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.

Rates and Cancellations

1. Holds will be considered at no cost or obligations from both parties.
2. Once you have put the studio on hold, you have 12 hours to confirm your booking.  A deposit of 50% of the total rental cost will be required upon booking.
3. Cancellations given 12 to 24 hours prior will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total rental cost and 100% of the cost for less than 12 hours.
4. The outstanding balance will be required upon arrival on the day of the shoot.  Overtime, long distance calls and any other fees to be billed 15 days after the shoot.
5. Overtime is 45$ per extra hour.

Insurance

1. Photo Service ltée. includes full liability insurance for the duration of the contract.
2. Photo Service ltée. cannot be held responsible for damage or loss of the equipment belonging to a third party occurring on our premises.
3. The customer is to be held responsible for the reparation of any damage caused to our premises occurring from their use.

Conditions

1. The client is responsible for repainting the cyclorama in white in the eventuality they paint it any other color.  Additional fees might be charged.  Paint is available at 20$/gallon. (25$/hour for the labour).
2. Before leaving the premises, the client is responsible for doing the inventory with the person in charge.
3. Please advise us of any specific needs 48 hours prior (i.e.  cyclorama any other color than white, catering service, makeup artist service, ...)
